I Plan to post my new look adverts on the high street as i believe new look at the moment do not have a lot of adverts on the high street and is in need of a new campaign.

i plan to post my adverts on bus stop,walls and cinemas. as i believe these places with have the most in packed on members of the public and with the interactive experience giving the members of the public a whole different experience of new look.

Note to self:When printing to A3 Remember to set the paper size to A3!. The another trouble i had today was the printer has printed my final board out lacking the brightness of the colours on images.

New look's adverting campaigns are well known for using fashion

icons in past campaigns using faces such as Lily Allen, Agyness Deyn, Alexa Chung, Pixie Geldof and Kimberley Walsh, all past alumnae of the exclusive club.

For project 5 i have done some research on adversting billboards.The first question i have to answer is what is a billboard?

Fashion loves to make statements!

This Fashion billboard below was a shock to the fashion industry to make a statement about size 0 models.A girl's bony head jutting from an even bonier naked body the bill was put up in fashion week 2007.The model, Isabelle Caro wanted to warn others about how lethal this disease is. Carla Bevan, online editor at Marie Claire, said the picture had "got people talking, which is a good thing".

These are the end results of the photoshoot i believe it turn out very well.As the studio was fully booked so we used an art room and pros from an art student who was more then willing to help.For lighting we used are our lights and turned off certain lights to create a mood and a affect

The models worked very well the male who has no experience did very well and are model who has experience was great in the future i'm going to work with experienced models to get the best result as it did show who had more experience.

i think that that you can't ever tell that we never had a studio or that we had troubles because it turned out well in the end.I also loved working in the creative team i was put in as we all worked professional and well as a team.

For are campaign myself and my team believe we need a female and male model.

For the Female Model she needs to have long legs and attiudes Mert and Marcus and all saints both use these types of models.

This model i think is perfect for are shoot she is 5,8 and has experience in modelling so it will not be hard to give her direction she will be able to pick up poses quickly and add her own twist on to it.I think she has a very all saint look as the models that are used also have to be of a certain look of tall and attractive.This is are Female Model Portfolio images below

I create My own storyboard as well as the team creating a board together to get a feel of what we are going to do for the campaign.

I love the art of Make-up and styling as well as photograph just like Mert and Marcus i like to focus on the apperance.

There care about the apperance and will spend hours in hair and Make up rooms focusing

on the look more then the technical aspect.The technical part influces the final result by about

80-90% rely on retouching.

I like to focus on lighting,Make-up and styling but photograph is very important

a bad photographer can make a bad image.If the lighting or hair and make up is bad that can equally make a bad image.

Project 4:Fashion Photoshoots for a brand campaign for a fashion magazine

For project 4 i will be working in a team to a team brief to produce a range of images for a client for a advertising campaigns.

In the brief our creative agency will be producing the campaign to be place in the magazine Dazed and confused.

Dazed and confused is one of my favourite fashion magazine as it unique and different showcasing the best photography and fashion in the world. So i'm looking forward to be working in the style of this magazine.

The client that have contacted the creative agency is All Saints Clothing store-Men and womans Clothing.The company want the acency to create a campaign to be printed in the next issue of Dazed and Confused.

ALL SAINTS CAMPAGINS

When i went on the all saint website and looked at past campagins and the most recent.

I noticed alot were shot in black and white with a dash of colour.The lighting is too bright but brings out a fresh and clean look to the image.

Hair and Make-up is to the minimum.Simple white background against black clothing allows the viewers eyes to focus on the clothing and not what going on in the background.Simple clean shots to the point.Natural lights seems to have be used as the models are positioned in front of a huge window to use the beauty of natural lighting.

Photoshop Project

For My Photoshop project i decided to use myself as the model.The reason Why i decided to use myself is because i wanted to be creative and experiment with different styling Options such as Make-Up and Maybe props.
But as it was portrait Photography i do not think props are very important at this moment in time.
What is Portrait Photography?

Portrait photography or portraiture is the capture by means of photography of the a shot of the model from head to shoulders.

For example this image above shows what a portrait shoot is and how it should look.

The Portraits that i done for my project is called SELF PORTRAIT.
The reason why it is called a self portrait is because it is an representation of an photographer so as i was the photographer its a representation of me.

Below are a few of the images i took myself using these affects on my camera:

I wanted be a little more creative not just take a simply shot thats why i used make-up.I am now working on the images in photoshop this is one example of the 1st image to see the type of look i'm going for.(This image below is not finished)

i used the brush tool to create the affect of make up going down one side of the face. I bought down the brightness of the image so the skin wasn't so bright and highlighted.

CREATIVE BRIEF

I started after of with a blank document

For my creative brief project i decide to create a brief for Ted Barker.
My created my own logo and used shapes and free hand pen to create effects.After i started to use the shapes i noticed that the shapes was not big enough to put the text in.So i had the shapes larger so the text could fill in.For a colour i used black and purple as i believe the colours are very powerful and stand out.It just makes the brief look a lot less boring!

The blue after was done using the pencil and then filled with blue

This is my end result for my creative brief i decided not to use a shape on the last part of the text.But the shape was not filing with the text and the black text on a black background still makes it stand out.After i print this document out i was not very happy with the end result after all.So i decided to use the shapes on who the creative brief is designed for and the logo.This is the final and end result

The text i use for this was Viner Hand ITC

i did try to get the same text as the vogue issue but it was hard to found the same text.I could of scanned it in but i wanted to create the text myself.So i come up with the idea if i found a text that has the same effect as on the vogue issue it would make it a copy.i also have to type the text in about the clothes from the shoot because when i scanned the images in the text was cut out.I would also like to change the text on the intreview because i could not found a effect to underline the O on the "Oh jagger" text.

The start of the vogue issue....

While doing this vogue copy i found it very hard to found the text that look just like the text on the issue.So i have found text which i believe that is close or have similarites to the text on the issue.Firstly i filled a box with the colour red after that i used the text.... to create Gerogia Jagger name.For the introduction i used the text
Viner Hand ITC and on the other side of the sprend i placed the same image of the vogue issue.

The next few pages of the feature are from a photoshoot.

then the feature text once again i had to use text that has similarites to the text used on the vogue issue.

So this is how my project started out first-For my redesign i decided to do black and white and a simply text-Arial but i found this recreation to be a little boring so....i decided to still use black and white photograph but add a dash of COLOUR!

This is how my project first began:

After i set up my document it was time to pick a colour that i was going to go with.
For my magazine i still wanted to stick with the idea of black and white.But with a dash of colour to attract the eye.For my page that the text was going to be on i filled a box with black on one side and white on the other.After that i placed my two images of Georgia Jagger.

For dash of colour i decided this page to be the page that introduces Georgia Jagger.I placed another images behind the picture of Georgia with paint on her.I thought it would add a nice and dramatic by just simply placing on image behind another.

This image below shows how i put the text forward by-Bringing it to the front. As the box i filled with black made it go behind.So to be able to see the text it was brought forward by selecting the text move to front.

Text-When i created the text for the dash of colour i selected blue as i think it worked well.I added the effect of inner and outer glow as it made it look very funky.

for the text i made the text on the white side black with a outer glow of white.

Where and why are these programs used?
These are programs that are used within the magazine industry to produce the weekly glossy and monthly magazine that we the audience buy.

NOT just magazines in the fashion industry use adobe master collection CS3 its used by magazines of all varieties within the magazine industry

BUT its not just magazines that use this program to produce a good standard of print it's also used in promotion campagins and bill board. For example a photographers will send their images for a photoshoop to a photoshop wizard for retouching or add effects to the images to create a mood.By using Adobe Photoshop.

What is a photoshop wizard or image retoucher?
A photoshop wizard or image retoucher is a person who is trained to work with software sure as Adobe photoshop their services are used by models,photographers.A photoshop wizard normally works freelance.
A Photoshop wizard can do the following:
Digital Art
Colour Correction
Remove Blemishes
Soften Skin
Whiten Teeth
Brighten Teeth
Colour tone-(Soften or harden a image)

Is there such a thing as a magazine having a good print or bad print?
Magazine such as Art world,Dazed and confused and wonderland are magazine that are recongized as having "GOOD" print the monthly magzine that have more time to produce a good strandard of work.Magazine such as Zoo,Grazia and more! magazine has not as good print as its a weekly magazine and has deadlines to meet.
